Great :)

I love it because it's where the love of my life lives, but as an apartment building it's pretty old, the homes are small but for one or two people it's pretty perfect in size, undercover parking, swimming pool which has a bit to desire sometimes but mostly ok, very quiet, no problems, mostly pretty friendly.

I live in these apartments

Do not rent or buy in this building. The electricity price is super high (You will be charged by Strata not the electricity company.). Building is too old and you will have a lot of maintenance. Noisy environment. Bad smell in the apartments specially on top floor (7th) under common area and pool. Air conditioners are starting with a bang noise that will wake you up even when windows are closed.
