Absolute Apartments
Do not rent or buy in this building. The electricity price is super high (You will be charged by Strata not the electricity company.). Building is too old and you will have a lot of maintenance. Noisy environment. Bad smell in the apartments specially on top floor (7th) under common area and pool. Air conditioners are starting with a bang noise that will wake you up even when windows are closed.

Dont know what the other review is talking about, none of those problems are true, never had a drama here, electricity costing about 150 per quarter
